We just have to put a tube in each ring of the curtain. Some may be thicker or longer, which we need to measure a little and possibly cut the tube.

The toilet paper tube is usually perfect for this method, but the paper towel is usually longer.

1. Calculate the width of your curtain and divide it by the number of pipes you plan to install. This will determine the spacing between each ring.
2. Use a pencil or pin to indicate where on top of the curtain each tube should go.
3. Cut cardboard tubes into shapes of equal thickness and paint them if desired.
4. Place the tubes in their designated spots, threading fabric through each one so that it sticks out of the top.
5. Repeat with all the remaining rings and you’re done!
