- Serve the potato chips along with the salad as a side dish.
Everything is ready to enjoy some delicious potato balls accompanied by a fresh salad.
COUNCILS:
Select the right potatoes: Choose quality potatoes that are suitable for frying, in fact they are high in starch and will provide a crispier texture in the balls.
Drain the potatoes well: After cooking the potatoes, make sure to drain them completely to remove excess water. This will help the balls hold their shape during frying.
Just the size of the balls: Try to keep the balls an even size so they cook evenly. Use a scoop to make sure they’re all the same size.
Control the oil temperature: Make sure the oil is hot but not too hot before adding the pellets. Too much heat can cause the balls to brown too quickly on the outside and become raw on the inside.
Try different toppings: Experiment with different salad dressings. Try lemon or balsamic vinaigrettes, or add fresh herbs like cilantro or parsley for extra flavor.
