On a cold day, trying to close the zipper of our jacket or jacket, and that it just happens to us that it does not work or gets stuck is something that makes us very bad. Not being able to close the zipper of a pair of pants is something that can become very uncomfortable.
In reality, this is more common than one thinks. It happens to anyone and is even a problem within the same industry. Many sellers, traders, distributors and manufacturers have this condition and control the quality of the closures. Therefore, it is good to have a clear and quick solution for when this happens to us.
We agree then that a closure that does not rise or that does not fulfill its function correctly is the worst. So, here’s how to fix it:
1. Closure that has been detached from the rail

To solve this problem you must hold this rail with a plier, at the same time open the side with a flathead screwdriver. Once you have managed to arrange the two parts, gently join and press all the elements together. You can then move the clasp from top to bottom.
2. Broken Pull

Sometimes the same hurry, without realizing it, we end up breaking the puller, which is a sensitive part of the closures. The easiest way to solve this is that, with the help of a screwdriver, you gently lift the area of the element and insert a small strip or a little cloth.
3. Stuck

We may not even know how the closure got stuck, but the best way to fix it is simply to pass a little lip balm or petroleum jelly. With this we are going to make it slide smoothly.
4. It is missing “teeth”

This is perhaps one of the most complex problems when the closure or zipper fails. To solve it you will need glue, cotton swab and a scissors. Start by cutting into the area of the missing tooth. There add a small piece of plastic as neatly as you can and make sure that it is well glued.
