250 ml water
1 lemon, chopped
1 tablespoon flaxseed
1 tablespoon sage
1 tablespoon marshmallow root
3 tablespoons honey (added after cooling)
Method of preparation:
In a saucepan, heat the water over medium heat.
Add the sliced lemon, flaxseed, sage and marshmallow root. Simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
Remove from heat and let the mixture cool.
Once the mixture is lukewarm, strain, add the honey and mix well.
Transfer the finished syrup to a glass jar and store in the refrigerator.
How to use:
Take 1 tablespoon 3 times a day until you notice improvement.
