Zucchini to die for!! Easy to Make and Delicious

There’s nothing better in the detox phase than a nice plate of zucchini… even if, personally, I don’t have a huge passion for this vegetable which I often find “full of water”.

Those who want to vary their menus during this period of confinement, here is an easy to make and delicious recipe! A recipe to try if you want to clean up your menu while enjoying yourself.

Ingredients

  • 4 zucchini that you will cut into 4 lengthwise
  • A volume of 120 ml of grated parmesan
  • 2 teaspoons of Provencal herbs (ideally organic)
  • 1 pinch of fleur de sel and a grind of pepper
  • Olive oil (spray if possible)

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C.
  2. Take a frying pan and put a baking sheet on it. For my part, I use a Teflon sheet.
  3. In a salad bowl, mix the parmesan, herbs de provence, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Place the zucchini sections flat on the baking sheet of the frying pan.
  5. Spray with Olive oil spray (between two and three sprays). If you don’t have any spary, put some olive oil in a freezer bag, pour your zucchini sections into it, close the bag and shake everything. You will have greased your zucchini without overdoing it. Then place the zucchini, aligned without overlapping, on the frying pan.
  6. Sprinkle the parmesan/herb mixture over the zucchini, using all of the mixture. This may seem like a lot to you, but it works well.
  7. Place in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until the zucchini is cooked through and begins to color slightly.
  8. At the end of cooking, switch to grill mode for 2 minutes to finish caramelizing.
  9. Serve and enjoy…. You will see it is really delicious and very healthy.
