- 1 Bottle of detergent
- 1 liter of liquid caustic soda
- 500 ml. Fabric softener
- 1 bottle of vinegar
- 5 tbsp. of baking soda
- 200 ml. Lavandin or chlorine
- Gloves for protection
Recommendations before preparing the soap:
It is important to use bleach or chlorine, since it is necessary to cut the rancidity of the oil. In this case, homemade stone soap needs lye as a preservative and prevents that strong soap smell. It acts as an antiperspirant for soap.
The tablespoons of baking soda have to be heaped so that our soap is perfect.
As for the oil, it is convenient to strain it. To avoid any dirt, we can use a coffee filter or a very fine strainer.

Procedure
1- To begin, in a container we put the previously strained oil and bleach.
2- Then we add the detergent and stir well, until the mixture little by little turns white.
3- We put on gloves and proceed to very carefully add the caustic soda. I recommend that you make sure you wear gloves and do not inhale this product, since it is very dangerous for your health.
4- Once we mix and all the ingredients have been integrated, we add the softener.
5- This step is important, since if we want the ideal texture for this soap, we have to mix gently for about 10 minutes without stopping. There are some who prefer to do it in a mixer, so that it comes out perfect.
6- After the time has passed, we add the vinegar and baking soda and stir one last time so that these two ingredients are well integrated.
7- We let the mixture rest for about 10 minutes. If you see the oil rising to the surface, it is because we did one of the previous steps wrong.
8- And that’s it, now you just need to add this mixture so that it hardens. I recommend using margarine molds, which have a capacity of 250 gr. approximately. This will help you have them all the same size to sell them evenly.
