Every woman wants to have young and healthy skin whatever her age. But the use of cosmetic products, poor diet, hormonal changes are elements that disrupt the elasticity of the skin, hence the appearance of wrinkles.

1 – FACIAL CLEANSER FOR ALL SKIN TYPES

Ingredients

  • Half a teaspoon of coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup Castile soap
  • 2/3 cup filtered or distilled water
  • 10-15 drops of lavender essential oil

Preparation method

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well blended.
  2. Next, take an empty container and place the resulting mixture in it.

2 – CLEANSER FOR OILY OR ACNE PRONE SKIN

Ingredients

  • Half a cup of organic honey
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 10 drops of tea tree oil

Preparation method

  1. Combine all the ingredients and place the mixture in a container. Use only a little of the mixture and massage it onto your face.
  2. Finally, take a damp cotton ball and wipe your face before washing it.

3 – RECIPE FOR A RICE MASK TO APPEAR YOUNGER

Ingredients 

  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 tablespoon of milk
  • 3 tablespoons of rice

Method of preparation

  1. First, put 3 tablespoons of rice in a bowl and pour 1 cup of water over it.
  2. Bring to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes. Then remove it from the heat, let it cool and soften.
  3. Store the resulting mixture in a glass container.
  4. Then mix the boiled rice with 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 tablespoon of hot milk until you get a paste.

How to use 

  • Wash your face with water.
  • Apply the mask to the face and massage gently with circular movements.
  • Leave on for 15 minutes then rinse with lukewarm water.
  • Use the mask once a week.
