Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes (200 g)
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 220°C. In a large bowl, beat the egg whites with the spices.
- Then add the potatoes cut into strips then place the potatoes on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
- Place in the oven and cook until the potatoes are just tender, about 15 minutes.
- Then increase the oven temperature to grill the potatoes and leave for another 10 minutes.
