Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes (200 g)
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C. In a large bowl, beat the egg whites with the spices.
  2. Then add the potatoes cut into strips then place the potatoes on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
