Yellow Weight Loss Smoothie is a healthy and nutritious drink that can be consumed for weight loss or as an energy snack. It is made by blending almond milk, bananas, pineapple, carrots, turmeric and honey in a blender until smooth and creamy. Ingredients
- 1 small carrot or 25 gr
- 1 strip of thin papaya or 20 gr
- 1 whole orange (if you prefer, 1 for the juice)
- 1 strip of thin gingerbread
- 50 ml of water or more, 100 ml maximum
- Ice at ease
Preparation
- In case it is someone other than your taste, do not stop taking carrot seeds and peel.
- With my hands the white parts, at most I spoil and the seeds if they are braided, everything takes about two minutes, next to the well chopped gingerbread and bato, I add water little by little, until ‘to ensure that it remains in the consistency that I like. If you prefer, you can replace the water with orange juice and it’s ready
