It is obvious to every pastry chef that cleanliness is essential for the equipment used, especially the baking tray. Also called a cookie sheet, this utensil is currently found in a large number of kitchens and is used almost daily in some homes. Knowing how to clean it properly is important to ensure optimal hygienic conditions during culinary activities.
Here’s the trick to easily cleaning plaque without scrubbing: All you need is baking soda and hydrogen peroxide (also called hydrogen peroxide).
Instructions
- Put a layer of baking soda on the baking sheet.
- Then hydrogen peroxide (hydrogen peroxide) – just enough to moisten the first layer.
- And finally a 2nd layer of bicarbonate.
- Leave to act for 2 hours and remove the mixture with water. A new application makes it possible to further improve the result.
With this tip, you don’t even need to scrub! But if you don’t want to wait 2 hours, you can also mix baking soda and hydrogen peroxide to form a paste.
All you have to do is rub with this paste to remove residue, burns and grease from the plaque. Note that this also works for kitchen utensils.
