The arrival of flies is as much feared as the invasion of mosquitoes. With the mixture of heat and humidity, these little creatures proliferate visibly. Every year, they return to our homes and we have a hard time getting rid of them. In order to chase them away and no longer have to get angry with these flying insects, certainly harmless but oh so annoying, there are different relatively effective solutions.
Ingredients
- 5 teaspoons of peppermint oil
- 1 teaspoon of thyme powder
- 5 teaspoons of lavender essential oil
- half a liter of water
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan and heat.
- As soon as it comes to a boil, turn off the heat and let it cool completely before pouring it into a spray bottle.
- Spray the solution on kitchen surfaces most frequented by flies, especially in and around trash cans.
