Carrot Sticks Salad with Cumin

Ingredients

  • 400g carrots
  • Cumin

Preparation

  1. Peel your carrots and cook them in salted water.
  2. Once cooked, let cool.
  3. Cut your carrots lengthwise in half, then into quarters and then into sticks.
  4. Put your sticks in a salad bowl, add a little olive oil, a teaspoon of cumin and parsley. Your salad is ready!
