Ingredients:
- 200g grated Parmesan cheese or semi-aged cheese
- 200g butter
- 1 liter of whole milk
- 200g cornstarch (corn starch)
- salt (to taste)
Preparation :
- In a container, dissolve the cornstarch in a little milk and set aside.
- In a saucepan, heat the milk, butter, salt and cheese.
- As soon as the mixture boils, add the cornstarch dissolved in the milk,
mixing well until the cream comes away from the bottom of the pan. - Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and let cool.
- If desired, add flavorings, olives or herbs of your choice and mix.
- Once cooled, place it in the refrigerator to solidify.
- Unmold when the cheese is very cool and serve your delicious slice!
