  • 200g grated Parmesan cheese or semi-aged cheese
  • 200g butter
  • 1 liter of whole milk
  • 200g cornstarch (corn starch)
  • salt (to taste)

Preparation :

  1. In a container, dissolve the cornstarch in a little milk and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, heat the milk, butter, salt and cheese.
  3. As soon as the mixture boils, add the cornstarch dissolved in the milk,
    mixing well until the cream comes away from the bottom of the pan.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and let cool.
  5. If desired, add flavorings, olives or herbs of your choice and mix.
  6. Once cooled, place it in the refrigerator to solidify.
  7. Unmold when the cheese is very cool and serve your delicious slice!
