- 100 ml boiling water
Preparation :
- Boil water in a saucepan.
- In another saucepan, add a tablespoon of sugar and let it melt over medium heat without stirring.
- From time to time you can shake the pan.
- Add another spoonful of sugar and continue doing this until all the sugar is melted and the caramel is the desired color.
- Pour the boiling water into the pan little by little while stirring carefully.
