Cucumber and salmon bites

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon rolled chives
1 tablespoon cottage cheese 1 tablespoon
salad mayonnaise 200 g
double cream cheese
200 g smoked salmon
1 cucumber(s)
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 sprig fresh thyme , preferably lemon thyme
Salt
pepper

To garnish:
red peppers, diced chives , dill
rolls , small sprigs Preparation: First, stir in the double cream cheese until smooth. Cut the smoked salmon into small cubes, add to the cheese with the cottage cheese, salad mayonnaise (e.g. Miracle Whip), chives, chopped parsley, lemon juice and fresh thyme leaves (lemon thyme is the best). mix, season with pepper and salt and blend until creamy for a few seconds with a hand mixer. Wash the cucumber well and cut it into thicker slices. Next, place a teaspoon of the cheese mixture on each cucumber slice and garnish with fresh dill, chives, or small chopped peppers. The cheese-salmon mixture can be prepared the day before. Then cut the cucumber and garnish just a little before serving, otherwise the cucumber slices will be too dry. Finally, the salmon_cheese_mixture is also delicious as a spread.
