Ingredients :
- 2 cups of rice flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 cup of sugar
- 7 tablespoons of butter (about 150 g)
- 6 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- Zest of a lemon
Preparation :
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In the bowl of a mixer, put the melted butter and sugar, then beat until creamy.
- Add the lemon zest and eggs and continue beating.
- Gradually add the rice flour while letting the mixer run at medium speed, then do the same with the milk, cornstarch and baking powder.
- Continue beating until all the ingredients are well incorporated and the dough has a smooth consistency without lumps.
