preparation
That is how it goes:
1. First, remove the white skin from the fillets and cut five or six thick slices from it and flatten them slightly. Mix the flour, nutmeg, salt and pepper and coat the pieces of meat in it. Then shake well so that no breading gets into the fat.
2. Melt the butter and fry the pieces of meat over high heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, then turn the heat down to medium. Continue frying for 1 – 2 minutes on each side and keep warm.
3. Now briefly sauté the peas and mushrooms in hot butter in a pot and add mustard to the roasting butter from the meat and stir well. Stir in the water, double cream cheese and the liquid from the mushrooms until the cheese is well melted. Now season the sauce with nutmeg, salt and pepper to make it spicy and add the mushrooms.
4. Finally, pour half of the sauce into a plate, then place the pieces of meat on top and pour the remaining sauce over the meat. Complete !
