INGREDIENTS :
puff pastry
cookies
cold milk
hazelnut spread
Powdered sugar

METHOD :

1. Dip the biscuits in the milk, then place them on top of the puff pastry sheet.
2. Add the hazelnut spread and cut out a circle using a food pudding mold.
3. Brush the tops with egg yolk and bake at 190°C for 20 minutes.
4. Cook at 190°C for 20 minutes.
5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
