INGREDIENTS
2 eggs
120 ml (1/2 cup) milk
3 tablespoons of olive oil
10 tablespoons (120g) flour
3 tablespoons grated parmesan
10g baking powder
100g cooked ham
100g smoked provola
Sesame seeds
METHOD
- In a bowl, mix the eggs with the milk, the baking powder and the oil, add the grated parmesan and the flour.
- Transfer half of the prepared mixture to the skillet and add the ham and cheese, cover with the rest of the prepared mixture and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25 minutes.
