Ingredients:
500g chicken breast
170g ham
120g of cheese
1 egg
breadcrumbs
salt
vegetable oil
Preparation:
- Cut the chicken breast and fill it with cheese and ham
- Close the pocket, then dip the chicken packets in the egg mixture, then in the breadcrumbs, pressing lightly to help the breadcrumbs stick to the chicken.
- Fry for 7 minutes (or bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden at 190°C)
