INGREDIENTS :
90 ml (1/4 cup) milk
Salt
150 g (1 cup) all-purpose flour
15 ml (1 tbsp.) butter (melted)
200g boiled potatoes
15 ml (1 tbsp.) mayonnaise
100g cooked ham
100g cooked zucchini
200 g of
cheese oil
METHOD :
- In a bowl, add the milk, salt and flour and mix with a spatula. Add the butter and mix everything together until the dough is created.
- Knead the dough with your hands, transfer it to the bowl and cover with cling film. Transfer to the refrigerator and let rest for 30 minutes.
- In a bowl with boiled potatoes, add mayonnaise, ham cooked on cubes and boiled zucchini, and mix everything.
- When the time has elapsed, take the dough out of the fridge, dust the work surface with flour and roll out the dough to about 30 cm in diameter.
- Add the cheese in the middle and add the potato mixture on top arranged in a circle. Cover with another layer of cheese.
- Wrap it like a bun and pinch it tightly and flatten the creases. Flip it over and spread it out a bit more.
- Heat the pan with oil over medium-low heat and put the prepared batter in the pan. Brush the surface with the layer of oil, cover with the lid and cook for 3-5 minutes.
- When the time is up, turn it over and cook it on another side until it is golden brown.
