Ingredients:
1 liter of milk
3 cups of sugar
1 pinch of baking soda
2 spoons of butter
Preparation:
- Combine milk with sugar and baking soda over medium heat, stirring constantly until boiling.
- Continue stirring until thickened and candy begins to brown and pull away from bottom of pan (about 1 hour or more).
- Turn off the heat, let cool a little and stir a little more, which will make it even thicker.
- Grease a large surface with butter and pour the fudge on it.
- Leave to cool well and cut into pieces before serving.
