Ingredients:
1 onion
Olive oil
salt
Chili
1 carrot
Celery
850 g of minced meat
1 kg of peeled tomatoes
Fresh basil
150 g of grated cheese
375 g of mozzarella
250 g of dry lasagna
Preparation:
- Start by finely chopping the vegetables (celery, carrots, onions, chilli) and fry them in a pan with some oil.
- Add the meat and brown it with the vegetables.
- Blend the tomatoes.
- Add them to the pot and cover with a lid.
- Cook over low heat for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Season with salt and add the fresh basil.
- Grate the cheese and cut the mozzarella into large pieces.
- In a pyrophile, cover the bottom with plenty of ragu.
- Now compose the lasagna by alternating layers of pasta, meat sauce, grated cheese and mozzarella.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
