Lasagna with meat sauce: the recipe for a rich and tasty first course

Ingredients:
1 onion
Olive oil
salt
Chili
1 carrot
Celery
850 g of minced meat
1 kg of peeled tomatoes
Fresh basil
150 g of grated cheese
375 g of mozzarella
250 g of dry lasagna

Preparation:

  1. Start by finely chopping the vegetables (celery, carrots, onions, chilli) and fry them in a pan with some oil.
  2. Add the meat and brown it with the vegetables.
  3. Blend the tomatoes.
  4. Add them to the pot and cover with a lid.
  5. Cook over low heat for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Season with salt and add the fresh basil.
  7. Grate the cheese and cut the mozzarella into large pieces.
  8. In a pyrophile, cover the bottom with plenty of ragu.
  9. Now compose the lasagna by alternating layers of pasta, meat sauce, grated cheese and mozzarella.
  10. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
