Cheesecake with nuts a deliciousAnnouncement
Ingredients :
Base de cookies :
- 200 grams of Maria biscuits
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Make us :
- 3 packets of cream cheese, 190 grams each
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp salt
Toppings:
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 ¾ cup chopped walnuts
- ½ teaspoon of salt
Preparation :
- Preheat the oven to 160°C.
- Grease an easy-to-release cake pan with cooking spray and line the bottom of the pan with aluminum foil.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, brown sugar, eggs,
sour cream, flour, vanilla extract and salt until well blended. - In another bowl, mix the melted butter with the biscuits, brown sugar and salt.
- Transfer this mixture to the greased pan and press to form a compact and smooth base.
- Pour the filling over the base.
- Cover the pan with aluminum foil, place it on a deep baking sheet and add boiling water until half of the pan is covered.
- Bake at 160°C for an hour and a half, until the center of the cheesecake moves slightly.
- Turn off the oven, open the door slightly and leave the cheesecake inside for an hour covered with aluminum foil.
- Refrigerate cheesecake in pan for at least five hours before unmolding.
- Prepare the nut filling by placing the butter and sugar in a saucepan.
- When both have melted, add the nuts, salt, cinnamon and sour cream.
- Cook for three minutes.
- Remove the pan from the heat and let cool completely to room temperature.
- Gently unmold the cheesecake, place it on a pie shell and decorate the surface with the nut mixture.
- Serve this delicious walnut cheesecake and enjoy!
