Ingredients:
- 500 grams of minced meat
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 small chopped green onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons crème fraîche 2 tablespoons
- breadcrumbs 2
- tablespoons of grated cheese
- Salt, black pepper, cumin, 1/2 cube of shredded chicken, 1 pinch of cinnamon, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg white
- 2 boxes of water
Preparation:
1- Mix well and form sticks, reserve.
2- In a frying pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil with 2 tablespoons of butter and then fry the meatballs for a few minutes. Brown them and then add the mushrooms.
3- Mix well and then add 1 glass containing a mixture of water, 1 box of cornstarch, 1 box of liquid fresh cream, pepper, a pinch of salt.
4- Pour over the meat, sprinkle with parsley, cook for a few minutes to thicken the sauce and serve.
