Ingredients :
1 egg
A pinch of salt
50g sugar
10g vanilla sugar
20g flour
20g cornstarch
500ml milk
60g butter
300 g of dry chocolate biscuits
180g milk chocolate
90g cream
90g chopped peanuts
Preparation :
In a small saucepan, mix the egg, salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, flour and cornstarch.
Stir until all ingredients are well blended.
Add the milk little by little.
Bring to the heat and heat the mixture, stirring constantly, until it thickens.
Add the butter cut into pieces and melt it.
Arrange the biscuits in a baking dish in a compact layer and cover them with cream.
Repeat this step to form other layers in the same way.
Melt the finely chopped chocolate into the hot cream.
