Ingredients:
70 g flour
70 g butter
67 g milk
4 yolks
1 pinch salt
6 g honey
2 g vanilla extract
4 egg whites
73 g sugar

Directions:
Melt butter in milk and add yolks, salt, honey and vanilla extract.
Also add flour.
Beat the egg whites with the sugar and add the rest of the batter.
Pour the mixture into a 17 cm-diameter mould and place in a saucepan with water.
Bake at 280°F (140°) for 15 minutes and at 300°F (150°) for a further 50 minutes.
