Ingredients:
6 eggs
180 grams sugar
180 grams 00 flour

Directions:
Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy. Then gradually stir in the sifted flour.
Pour the mixture into a 24 cm-diameter mold and bake at 320°F (165°) for 50 minutes.
