Ingredients:
10 boiled potatoes
500 g minced meat
1 onion
salt and pepper to taste
350 g sour cream
2 eggs
150 g grated cheese

Directions:
In a large bowl, mix ground meat with chopped onion, salt and pepper.
Peel potatoes, boil and slice.
Place the potato slices in an ovenproof dish and make the meatballs. Add to the baking dish as well.
In a bowl, mix sour cream, eggs, salt and pepper.
Pour the mixture over the meat and potatoes and bake at 400°F (200°) for 45 minutes. Top with grated cheese and bake for a further 5 minutes.
