INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
70g sugar
350g yogurt
Grated lemon zest

For decoration :
Powdered sugar
Strawberries

METHOD
Divide the egg yolks and whites.
Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar, then add the yogurt. Add the zest and mix. Whisk the egg whites and add to the rest.
Pour the mixture into a tin and bake at 320°F (165°) for 30 minutes.
