INGREDIENTS
500g (2 cups) ricotta cheese
40 g (1/4 cup) powdered sugar
20 g (1/4 cup) potato starch
50g chocolate chips
Powdered sugar

METHOD
In a bowl, add the ricotta, powdered sugar and potato starch and mix. Add the chocolate chips and mix well.
Transfer the mixture to the cake tin (tin size – 20x20cm) and bake at 200°C/392°F for 40 minutes.
Cut the cake into cubes and decorate with powdered sugar.
