Zucchini clouds: a delicious, easy-to-prepare recipe

Ingredients:
2 zucchinis
3 eggs
200ml milk
40 ml olive oil
200 gr 00 flour
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
half a sachet instant yeast for savoury tarts

Directions:
Slice the zucchinis and set aside.
Separate the yolks from the whites and whisk them together.
Mix the yolks with the milk, oil, flour, Parmesan and yeast.
Finally, add the egg whites and zucchini. Fry the clouds in hot oil and serve.
