Fudge brownies: the delicious, easy-to-make American dessert!

INGREDIENTS
Melted butter;
Dark chocolate;
Salt-free butter;
3 eggs;
150 g sugar;
50 g brown sugar;
70 g all-purpose flour
30 g cocoa powder;

METHOD
Brush mold with melted butter and line with parchment paper.
Melt the dark chocolate with the butter. Set aside.
Beat the eggs with the caster sugar and brown sugar and mix. Place the bowl over the boiling water and mix again.
Beat the cream with a mixer, add the chocolate mixture and mix well.
Mix the flour with the cocoa powder, add to the mixture and mix well.
Pour the batter into the tin and bake at 170°C/338°F for 25 minutes.
