Café au lait cream: the deliciously creamy recipe

Ingredients:
120 ml water + 3 tablespoons to make milk
10/15 gr instant coffee
100/120gr caster sugar

Directions:

  1. First dilute the milk in the water. Then freeze for 25 minutes.
  2. Pour the instant coffee, milk and 100 grams of sugar into a bowl and start mixing.
  3. If you prefer, add another 50 grams of powdered sugar.
  4. Stir for at least 2/3 minutes at a time.
