  • 2 Avocado
  • Parsley
  • 1 can of tuna
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • 3 Eggs
  • Liquid cream

Preparation of Tomato and tuna verrines with avocado and eggs
Mix the avocados with a little liquid cream and salt and put in the bottom of your verrines.

Mix the parsley with the tuna and a little liquid cream then add salt and a little mayo and mix well.

And put in the verrines.

Cook the eggs in hard-boiled and once cold, grate them and put them in the verrines.
