Homemade bread: how to make it crisp and delicious

Ingredients:
380 g flour 0
240 g water
4 grams of brewer’s yeast
1 teaspoon of honey/sugar

Directions:

  1. First dissolve the yeast in water and add the honey.
  2. Pour the mixture into the flour and start mixing.
  3. Then add the salt and form a smooth dough by hand.
  4. Let it rest for 20 minutes, then work vigorously.
  5. Place in a greased bowl and refrigerate for 12 hours.
  6. Knead the dough as shown in the video and let it rise for one hour.
  7. Moisten the surface of the bread with a little water and sprinkle with a little flour.
  8. Cut the bread on the side and bake at 240° for 10 minutes and bake at 210° for 30 minutes.
