Ingredients:
380 g flour 0
240 g water
4 grams of brewer’s yeast
1 teaspoon of honey/sugar
8 grams of salt
Directions:
- First dissolve the yeast in water and add the honey.
- Pour the mixture into the flour and start mixing.
- Then add the salt and form a smooth dough by hand.
- Let it rest for 20 minutes, then work vigorously.
- Place in a greased bowl and refrigerate for 12 hours.
- Knead the dough as shown in the video and let it rise for one hour.
- Moisten the surface of the bread with a little water and sprinkle with a little flour.
- Cut the bread on the side and bake at 240° for 10 minutes and bake at 210° for 30 minutes.
