FRIED FLOWERS 
Ingredients
For the mass:
600 g flour (all purpose)
1 tablespoon sugar
10 g dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt
200 ml hot milk
200 ml lukewarm water
3 tablespoons oil
Jam
Oil
preparation

1. Mix sugar, yeast, salt, lukewarm milk and lukewarm water. Add the flour and knead the dough.
2. Pour the oil over the dough and leave for 2 hours.
3. Divide the dough into portions and form balls. Form flowers with the dough.
4. Leave to stand for 30 minutes. Fry.
