Ham and cheese stuffing is a delicious and easy to prepare snack. Simply stuff gold leaf pasta with ham and grated cheese, then fry until golden and crispy. It’s a perfect choice for a quick and delicious appetizer.
Ingredients
250g (2 cups) flour
8g (1/2 tablespoon) baking powder
A pinch of salt
40 ml (1/4 cup) olive oil
120g (1/2 cup) water
ham
Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
In a bowl, add flour, baking powder, salt, olive oil and water and mix. When everything is mixed, knead the dough until it is smooth.
Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll each small ball with a rolling pin and place the ham, mozzarella and close with your hands.
Cut off the unnecessary part with a pizza cutter and close the calzone with a fork.
Cook on both sides until it is brown.
