Parsley has anti-anemic and anticoagulant effects. It is effective in case of irregular, painful or difficult periods. Rich in vitamin K, it is however not recommended for people taking anticoagulants.
How to follow the cabbage soup diet?

Ingredients
1 tomato cut into cubes
2 carrots cut into slices
1 onion, diced
1 bunch of celery
150 g of green beans
1 cabbage cut into strips
3 sprigs of parsley
1 teaspoon of curry powder
A pinch of salt
A pinch of pepper
Preparation
Place all the ingredients in the pot
Cover the pot with water and bring to a boil
Stir while boiling for 10 minutes
Reduce the heat and simmer the soup until the vegetables are tender.

Eat as much fruit as you want, except for bananas
Second day
Eat as many vegetables as you want, except for corn and potatoes

You can add roasted turkey and fish to the soup

Have fruit and meat with the soup
Day 7
Eat vegetables and brown rice with the soup
