Apple and Cream Cake – Ready in 5 Minutes, Only 180 Kcal!

Apple Cream Cake is a delicious and easy to make dessert that is perfect for any occasion. This moist cake is filled with tender, juicy apples and topped with a delicious cream sauce. This is a dessert that will appeal to all apple and cake lovers.

Ingredients
100 mL milk
2 eggs
220 g flour
50 ml oil
1 apple cut into slices
50 g stevia sweetener (or 100 g sugar)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder
A pinch of salt
For the cream – apple and cream cake:
25 ml of milk
25 g stevia sweetener (or 50 g sugar)
15 g cornstarch
10 g vanilla sugar
1 egg
Preparation
First, make the cream: in a saucepan, mix the egg with the stevia sweetener (or sugar), vanilla sugar, cornstarch and milk with a whisk
Bring the mixture to a boil while whisking until the cream thickens
Cover the surface of the cream with cling film and let it cool to room temperature
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the stevia sweetener (or sugar), salt and vanilla. Mix well for 3-4 minutes with an electric mixer until fluffy.
Add the milk and oil, mix, sieve and add the flour with the baking powder and mix
Finally add the apples cut into thin slices
Pour half of the mixture into a rectangular mould (27×27 cm) lined with baking paper
Add a few spoonfuls of cream and cover with the rest of the mixture
Using a piping bag, pipe the pastry cream in a checkerboard pattern
Finally, bake the cake at 170°C for 40-45 minutes
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve
