This bread is light and airy, it is honeycombed with a little creamy taste, ultra simple and without kneading just mix the ingredients and wait for it to grow.
Ingredients
1 kg of flour type 55
1 plain Greek yogurt
2 cases of powdered sugar
1 case of salt
10 g dehydrated yeast
300 ml warm milk
300 ml of warm water
Preparation
Put the ingredients in the mixer without the liquids (water and milk) mix then begin to knead by pouring first the milk then the water, knead about ten minutes just the time to incorporate the ingredients well then cover to let the dough double in volume during one hour.
After the growing time, degas the dough and divide it into 10 balls, shape them in extra fine semolina and place them on a tray covered with parchment paper, roll out the rolls by hand to about 1 cm.
Cover with a clean cloth and let them grow for another hour before baking them in the oven heated to 220 degrees, I made some cuts, but you can’t see the result because the crust of this bread is not thick.
