Ingredients
500 g ground beef
salt
pepper
40 g of parmesan cheese
1 egg
parsley
breadcrumbs
ham
cheese
Preparation
Mix the meat, salt and pepper. Add the egg, parmesan and spices.
Spread the ground beef and cover it with provola cheese and ham.
Roll up and refrigerate for two hours.
Slice the roulade and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes.
