Homemade Crispy Bread

Homemade crusty bread is fresh, soft bread made from flour, yeast, water, sugar and salt. It is cooked at high temperature for a crispy crust on the outside and a soft crumb on the inside. It can be enjoyed alone or with different ingredients for a delicious meal.

Ingredients

  • 20g extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

  4. Leave to rest for 30/40 minutes.

  6. Add the flour and cook at 482°F (250°) for 15 minutes with a pot of hot water. Then remove the pan and leave in the oven for another 15 minutes.
