Baked Potato

Recipe for melting and crispy baked potatoes at the same time and will take on a beautiful golden color.

Ingredients

  • 8 potatoes
  • 20g butter
  • 1 tablespoon of dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation

  1. Peel and wash the potatoes, before cutting them into thin slices without going all the way through.
  2. The trick is to place each potato between two wooden chopsticks and cut until the knife touches the chopsticks.
  3. Place the potatoes in a baking dish.
  4. Put a little butter on top of each potato, drizzle with oil then sprinkle with thyme, salt and pepper.
  5. Bake at 200° and cook for 45 minutes.
  6. The potatoes will be melting and crispy at the same time and will take on a beautiful golden color.
