Recipe for melting and crispy baked potatoes at the same time and will take on a beautiful golden color.
Ingredients
- 8 potatoes
- 20g butter
- 1 tablespoon of dried thyme
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation
- Peel and wash the potatoes, before cutting them into thin slices without going all the way through.
- The trick is to place each potato between two wooden chopsticks and cut until the knife touches the chopsticks.
- Place the potatoes in a baking dish.
- Put a little butter on top of each potato, drizzle with oil then sprinkle with thyme, salt and pepper.
- Bake at 200° and cook for 45 minutes.
- The potatoes will be melting and crispy at the same time and will take on a beautiful golden color.
