Homemade Chocolate Cake is a timeless baking classic with a light, fluffy texture and rich chocolate flavor. This cake is perfect for any occasion, from birthdays to family dinners, and is easy to customize with different frostings and fillings.
Ingredients
3 eggs
160g sugar
150 ml oil
200 ml hot milk
220 g soft wheat flour
50 g cocoa powder
12 g baking powder
For the fondant
400 g of dulce de leche
400 g milk cream
25 g cocoa powder
Chocolate coating (optional)
Preparation
In a container, place the eggs and mix, then add the sugar and oil, mix well. Add the milk and mix again.
Then place the soft wheat flour, cocoa powder and mix. Add the baking powder and mix.
Pour into a greased and floured n°20 tin. Preheat oven to 180°C for 35 to 40 minutes.
For the homemade fudge, place the dulce de leche, heavy cream and cocoa powder in a saucepan and mix.
Add the chocolate coating (optional), place over medium heat and cook for 5 minutes, then let cool.
Decorate cake when cool. Garnish with dulce de leche (optional)
