Ingredients
- 313 g of flour
- 1 teaspoon dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 yolks
- 125ml hot milk
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 4 spoonfuls of butter
- Stuffing jam
Preparation
- In a bowl put the flour, baking powder, sugar, egg yolks, milk, salt and butter.
- Start mixing the ingredients and then work everything together by hand.
- Make a soft dough and leave for 40-60 minutes.
- Then divide the dough into 8 parts and form small balls. Let them rest for at least 2 hours then brown them in hot oil.
- Pass them in the sugar and stuff them
