Ingredients
1 eggplant
2 tomatoes
35 ml olive oil
Salt, pepper, sweet paprika
Garlic powder
Dried oregano
2 Mozzarella cheese
Parsley
Instructions
Wash the eggplant and tomato, then slice them.
Arrange them on the baking sheet.
Prepare the vinaigrette and brush it on the eggplant.
Bake at 180° for 15-17 minutes.
Then cover the eggplants with mozzarella and bake for 12-15 minutes.
