This cake contains semi-complete flour, which is a source of fiber, and acacia honey, both of which have relatively low glycemic indexes: the sugars they contain pass more slowly through the bloodstream and do not cause as large a spike in blood sugar as white flour and powdered sugar.
Vanilla sugar is replaced by natural vanilla, and apples are added for fiber, nutrients and a sweet touch.

1 pot of plain yogurt, preferably goat’s milk
2 pots of rice flour
1/2 pot of corn flour
1/2 pot of buckwheat flour
½ jar of acacia honey
½ jar of sunflower oil
3 eggs
1 sachet of yeast
2 apples
1 vanilla pod
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
