Super soft doughnuts


Ingredients


500 gr of flour
30 gr of baker’s yeast
2 eggs
4 tbsp. powdered sugar
200 ml of milk
100 gr of soft butter
A pinch of salt


Preparation


Mix all ingredients in order and let rest under a cloth for 1h30.
Roll out the dough and make discs with a glass or cookie cutter (about 1 cm thick).
Let rest again for one hour.
Dip the doughnut disks in hot oil, 3 min per doughnut.
Sprinkle with sugar, ready!
