INGREDIENTS
crackers
Greek yogurt
cocoa powder
soy milk
Cocoa sauce:
1 tablespoon of cocoa
2 tablespoons of water
METHOD
- First soak the biscotti in the milk.
- Place a slice on a plate and spread the yogurt on top.
- Continue alternating layers of biscotti and yogurt. Sprinkle the top with unsweetened cocoa powder
- Refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
